iPhone 15 Design in All Its Glory

The iPhone 15 is generating a lot of buzz among tech enthusiasts and Apple fans. The upcoming device is expected to be a significant upgrade, with a range of new features and improvements that could make it one of the most popular iPhones ever.

One of the most talked-about changes is the all-new titanium casing, which features a rounder-edged design. The new design is expected to be more comfortable to hold, as many users have complained about the sharp edges on previous iPhone models.

iPhone 15 Cameras & Design

In addition to the new casing, the iPhone 15 Pro will feature larger cameras than its predecessor. The camera bump is thicker, and the protruding lenses are more prominent. CAD files suggest that the individual lens protrusion has more than doubled from the iPhone 14 Pro’s cameras.

Interestingly, the CAD files also reveal that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a smaller camera protrusion than the standard iPhone 15 Pro. This could be due to a periscope camera, which has been rumored to come exclusively in the larger Pro Max model. If true, this would mean that the iPhone 15 Pro will have a larger camera bump than its bigger sibling.

Apple is known for making significant camera improvements from one generation to the next, and the size of the cameras on the iPhone 15 Pro suggests that we can expect a big upgrade. There are rumors that the iPhone 15 Pro will feature an all-new sensor technology that will capture more light and reduce overexposure or underexposure in certain settings.

USB-C in iPhone 15

Another big change expected on the iPhone 15 models is the introduction of USB-C ports. Leaked images of a prototype device show that the USB-C port has a unique metal surround with a ribbed texture. As with other Apple products, the fastest charging will be limited to USB-C cables certified by Apple.

Apple is also set to replace the physical buttons on the iPhone 15 Pro with solid-state haptic and mute buttons. The buttons will be replaced with two new haptic engines dedicated to emulating a button press. The mute switch will also receive the haptic treatment and will instead function as a push button. It remains to be seen how Apple will treat this new input in the software.

iPhone 15 New Deep Red Color

Finally, there’s also news about an all-new color for the iPhone 15 Pro. The device will reportedly come in a deep red color with the exact color code being 410D0D. The new color will sit alongside Apple’s usual White, Space Black, and Gold and will replace Deep Purple.

All of these changes make the iPhone 15 Pro one of the most anticipated devices of the year. With an all-new titanium frame, USB-C, and camera upgrades, the device is sure to be popular. While nothing is confirmed until Apple reveals the device on stage, the rumors and leaks give us an accurate look at what we can expect from Apple later this year.
